As an existing customer, you may access our new Tenant Portal to view tenant information, make a payment, and/or register for automatic payments. You may access the portal from your web-browser or native app for iOS or Android:
Tenant Portal Login Instructions/Example:
- Site Key:
- MVRV1241 (Our facility/site key is MVRV1241. The Site Key is only required in the mobile app.)
- Login or Unit Number:
- 1234E (Enter one of your unit numbers. This field is case sensitive. All our units are registered with upper case letters, if applicable to your site id.)
- Web Password or Keycode:
- 12345678 (The default password is your yard gate code. You will be prompted to change the password. You may change it or keep it as your keycode, your preference.)
Additional Notes:
- If you have multiple units, you may use any one unit id to access your account. Your units will be linked to where you can see payment history and make a new payment for all units. If you prefer to log in under different unit ids, repeat the default keycode entry and password reset steps.
- Please remember that yard gate codes are assigned uniquely to each tenant. They are not to be shared for security reasons!
- The site will limit payment to 6 months. If you prefer to pay more than 6 months, please call the office (303)-525-1320.
- With the new Infinity keypads, you will be able to open the gates from your mobile tenant portal. You must be approximately 15 feet from the keypad for it to recognize your access request. Your code also must be active, so if you run into issues please contact the office (or check your payment status within the tenant portal).
